I started my journey in photography over twelve years ago second shooting for my sister in Honduras. Throughout this journey, I have found a common ground: I deeply care about the arts, human connection and community. As families and individuals evolve through time, I find each stage is as valuable as the next. When we look back, it is the spontaneous, mundane moments we appreciate the most and we wish we would’ve savored more. My wish is to capture those moments in images for you to keep and relive whenever you wish. I am honored to witness your journey, I value each milestone I get to photograph and each connection I get to make.
I am a creative and constant learner. I am a book and journal addict, felt guilty about it until I understood these can be reserved pleasures, not to rush through but to be enjoyed in the right moment. I practice art journaling and photography as a way of showing the world as I know it. I’m a momma of two, married to my azizam and sharing a bicultural Honduran-Iranian household. I am passionate about living a slow life, building deep connections and having meaningful conversations. Just like every human, I wish to be heard and seen and that is what I try to do through my art.
